As a female, it is so great to deal with the lady that works there. She explains to me how and why, and makes me feel comfortable. The guys that work there that helped me have all been helpful too. It can be scary as a female to go into a parts store. I have had nothing but great experiences here, and I am in there probably once a month.

Well, on more than one occasion the employees act as if you are bothering them instead of trying to help you. This last visit I got the same thing. I get a short "I don't care" answer" and an attitude as if you are bothering them especially when you are the ONLY one in the store. Both recent time were in the morning before the day even really begun. Pathetic and I have had it with that store. Last time I asked about hub locks and the blonde lady first acted like I was bothering here and then walked me to an area were they were and then tried to talk me out of buying something there. Honestly, if you want good customer service and to not bother anyone with you wanting to buy something .save your time and go elsewhere. Customer service is first in my book and I take it very personal when someone acts like I am bothering them WHEN IT IS THEIR JOB TO HELP YOU IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER! PERIOD! This time i spoke up and said this isn't how it is supposed to work as I was clearly offending at that attitude and the blonde lady just stood there with a smirk on here face like she enjoyed seeing a customer upset. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT! And how you talk to customers is important, if you act like you are being bothered, don't expect BUSINESS!
